This is the Annual Service Plan. It includes updates and phone support for a year. This is available after a year from initial installation.

Annual 2nd Office

$250/year

It includes updates and phone support for a year. This is available after a year from initial installation. (Price is only for multiple offices)

 
 

Service FAQ

How far does the support help me?

Support is given to you for new license account for a year. Thereafter, you can enroll in our Annual Plan service and keep on receiving phone support and the newest updates of Tamipro. For the Annual Plan accounts, support runs on a yearly basis, for phone support and software updates.

What happens if my I lose my software?

We need to determine the reason why your software got lost. If you have a recent backup we can help you by installing the program and transferring the saved backup to the program.

Is there a place to download help?

There is a tutorial that you can run from your Tramipro program, go to “Referencia”, “Tramipro Tutorial” and listen to the recording. You can also go to the Tutorial from our webpage. You can also call us and one of our representatives will help you.

Is it  refundable?

The Tramipro License is not refundable.
